Living foods are very important for the proper functioning of human bodies. For most part of human existence so far on the face of earth, people ate raw living foods. Cooking foods is a rather recent trend.
 
However, the healthbenefits of cooked foods are lesser in comparison with the health benefits of aliving foods diet. Cooking causes reduced water content in foods and makes digestion difficult by deforming large parts of proteins in food. Large portions of vitamins and minerals are also destroyed by cooking, and the loss of oxygen makes room for free radicals.
